SEO Rank Fixer

Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Iclick Solutions Inc. (“SEO Rank Fixer”, “we”) for your use of SEO Rank Fixer. By creating an account or using SEO Rank Fixer you agree to them. If you use SEO Rank Fixer for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

SEO Rank Fixer reads search data you give it access to (Google Search Console and, if you choose, Bing Webmaster Tools), shows reports, finds changes likely to win you more search traffic, and offers AI features that write suggested fixes and research. SEO Rank Fixer only reads your data; it never changes your website or your Google or Bing settings. You decide what to put on your site.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google and must keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
  • You may only connect sites and data you are allowed to access, and you must give accurate information.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

Trial, plans and payment

  • New workspaces get a free 14-day trial. No payment details are needed for the trial.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes. Each plan has limits (such as sites and tracked pages) shown on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed after that.
  • If a payment fails, you have a short grace period to update your card; after that the workspace becomes read-only until payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

AI credits

  • AI features use credits. One credit equals one US cent of the AI processing cost, and SEO Rank Fixer shows the expected cost before each run.
  • Plans that include AI come with monthly credits. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period.
  • Extra credit packs (500 credits for $10) do not expire while your account exists. A request that fails is not charged.
  • Daily limits apply to protect you from unexpected usage. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use SEO Rank Fixer for sites or data you have no right to access, or to break the law or anyone’s rights;
  • try to access other customers’ data, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits or security;
  • copy, resell or build a competing product from SEO Rank Fixer, or scrape it by automated means;
  • use AI features to create spam, deceptive content or content that breaks search engines’ spam policies.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

AI output and results

AI features generate suggestions automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you use them. Estimates of traffic you could win are estimates, not promises: search engines decide rankings, and SEO Rank Fixer cannot guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide SEO Rank Fixer to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export reports and delete your account at any time.

Third-party services

SEO Rank Fixer relies on services from Google, Microsoft (Bing), Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe and hosting providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control; if one changes or stops what it offers, an SEO Rank Fixer feature may change too.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SEO Rank Fixer available and improve it, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or remove features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SEO Rank Fixer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, traffic or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using SEO Rank Fixer and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue after the agreement ends.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use SEO Rank Fixer means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
